Room without a roof is a training and consultancy company that supports organisations and individuals to become and stay future-proof.

Our vision to accelerate change is being implemented through focusing on 4 main key elements:

• the individual (the learner),
• the right vision on personal development (L&D – Learning & Development)
• coaching (on the workfloor)
• an appropriate structure and leadership style that enables and facilitates this change and learning process.

We have extensive experience in providing software training, training on writing digital work instructions, digital skills training and customised training around company-specific digital tools.

We also support organisations in further implementation of this (digital) change and using new relevant tools. We do this by setting up a governance structure in the organisation, accordingly helping them to determine what for them the relevant tools are, designing work instructions and providing coaching and mentoring on the workfloor.

Based on our strong expertise in L&D we can offer innovative and high-quality guidance in change management, talent management, workplace learning and leadership. We work fully tool-independently, but have adequate experience in advising on relevant digital tools (LMS, LXP, AR, VR, online manuals, video, e-learning,…
