Therefore, Officine Innovazione is part of a multi-disciplinary network that enables to offer innovative end-to-end services. We bring together the best ideas and initiatives and promote concrete innovation to collaborate with our clients, supporting them on their path to innovation. We have several proven methodologies, skills and experiences that we apply depending on the peculiarity and uniqueness of each client. From financial and economic analysis to design: at heart we are a startup and we want to generate new ideas and grow them. The plethora of services that Officine Innovazione offers branches into 4 categories: – Corporate Entrepreneurship: we map our clients’ level of innovation and define their path to change, adopting proprietary methodologies to stimulate idea generation so that the best ones become marketable. Innovation Journeys, Venture Building, Innovation challenges, workshops, labs and portfolio optimization are at the heart of this branch; – Open Innovation: we conceive and facilitate Open Innovation programs that foster collaboration of the different players in the ecosystem, cultivating and developing concrete projects together with each one of them. In this sense, we develop program aimed to match corporate and startups, accelerate innovation, technology transfer and startup support; – Experiential Spaces: we design and develop experiential and interactive spaces, such as innovation hubs and industry-specific journeys, for our network and our clients, with the aim of experimenting with new ways of working and engaging customers, placing technology as an enabling factor for business; – Proprietary Innovative Assets: we create vertical innovation solutions developed on industry-specific needs, such as new mobility, remote working and food traceability.
