URIHO's mission is to train and employ people with disabilities and other hard-to-employ people, and to find new employment opportunities while creating a comfortable and stimulating work environment.

Our goal is to build a recognized name of URIHO and its brand in each of our business and thus achieve and maintain the rating of the most recognized institution for the employment of persons with disabilities in the Republic of Croatia. In order to achieve the goal, it is necessary to satisfy the needs and wishes of clients with the quality of our products and the services provided. Therefore, we will continue to invest in the technological equipment of our production units and support services. We will invest in the education and training of our employees and we will develop a system of motivation for all staff, especially people with disabilities.
