AG has a 19 years’ experience operating as a social/impact venture building organisation, 10 years’ experience providing non-financial and financial support to social/impact business and organisations in Croatia and the Western Balkan region (establishing and managing different incubation and acceleration programs in partnership with public and private sector) as well as 8 years’ experience in development of social finance instruments and ecosystem. Currently 7 people are employed and we have offices in Čakovec and Zagreb. AG also established 10+ social enterprises, initiated and managed the first social economy consortium in Croatia, currently we have 80+ social economy organisations and 50+ impact enterprises in portfolio (alumni community). We are active members of various European level SE networks (EUCLID, DIESIS) and global networks (e.g. Social Value International, working 5+ years on development of Impact Measurement methodology and tools). On the national level, ACT Group is a member of BOND network as an Entrepreneurial accelerator. The aim of this network is to provide adequate business support to entrepreneurial support institutions in the Croatia, through which entrepreneurs have access to various services to improve their business. This puts us in direct contact with other incubators, accelerators and research centers and allows us access to their entrepreneurial network to disseminate the project within Croatia.
