InVento Innovation Lab is an award-winning B Corp in the field of advisory and education on entrepreneurship and sustainability, established to support organisations in making a difference through positive transformation activities towards regenerative models that create economic and environmental value for people, territories and communities. InVento has been a B Corp since 2017 and promotes values linked to sustainable development, B Corp entrepreneurship through regenerative consulting activities, education and community engagement programmes on sustainability, with the aim of inspiring people and organisations to become changemakers: 1. REGENERATIVE CONSULTING: we guide organisations in their transformation towards regenerative models and support them in devising and implementing impact strategies Rocher e Stanhome. 2. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: through our community engagement and sustainability education programmes aimed at local organisations and young people, we help them increase their positive impact on the community and environment In addition to consulting and advisory activities for start-ups and multinational groups on sustainability and community engagement projects, InVento is an active and recognised member of the international B Corp network and movement, which includes many leading B Lab representatives and global ambassadors of the movement. EXPERIENCE AND IMPACT – Advisory on organisational, management, people development, communication and impact issues in several third sector organisations and multinational companies such as YvesRocher and Stanhome.. We also support companies in the B Corp certification process. We help them to assess their impact and identify a detailed action Plan, from procedures to operations, and we support the identification and implementation of innovative solutions to make business models evolve towards a regenerative paradigm. – Advisory on communication and digital transformation for public and third sector organisations, including the Municipality of Milan, Province of Varese, Vodafone Foundation, Collegio San Carlo and Collegio Villoresi, Talent Garden. – Development of more than 850 innovative and sustainable start-up projects in the framework of training projects with universities and high school students, with the involvement of more than 35 B Corp, Benefit and regenerating companies in the training projects – Supporting the creation of impact reports for sustainability reports for 15 B Corp and Benefit companies. In pursuing its activities in the field of education and community engagement, InVento Lab started a collaboration with the to support distance learning in Italy, providing training activities for teachers and students in schools of all levels through its technology platform www.inventoschool.com. Moreover, in 2022 InVento was selected by the Italian Ministry of Education as the first organisation to co-design educational activities on environmental sustainability. For its activities in the field of consulting and education, InVento Lab has won several commissions from multinational companies and foundations and enjoys prestigious collaborations with the Ministry of Education, the European Commission and several universities in Italy and around the world (including 24ORE Business School, Cueim – Consorzio Universitario di Economia Industriale e Manageriale, University of Naples Federico II, WITS University Johannesburg, HEC Lausanne). In addition to the B Corp network, InVento Lab is an active part of important international and global networks, such as B Movement, B Women, NOW Partners and networks of young leaders and social entrepreneurs worldwide. Furthermore, InVento Lab is experienced in supporting third sector organisations and actors of the social economy in strengthening their organisational structure. InVento Lab is in fact a supplier of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and Fondazione Cariplo, Foundations which run programs and call for proposals specifically designed for capacity building, training, and support for the implementation of development plans of Third Sector organisations.
